WCWA Board Zoom Meeting

This is a closed to the public WCWA Company commanders and Executive board only meeting. A zoom meeting invite will be sent to company commanders by the club secretary. 

• Proxies: If you need to utilize a proxy for the meeting, please send me an email and include the person who you are wanting to delegate your proxy vote to.  
• Please note that these must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. (Therefore, by 9a, Friday, June 10th).  NOTE: both the proxy and the representative MUST be a paid member for 2022 in order for the vote to be counted.  Failure to follow these procedures will forfeit your vote
  

Agenda 

• Discuss new membership due's structure and vote to send to committee for review before full instatement vote August 13th.  
• Discuss to reinstate artillery stipends that did not properly get entered into club bylaws by previous board. V ote to send to committee before full instatement vote August 13th
• Bylaw amendment proposal to make board meeting attendance mandatory for company commanders or proxy.
